Abstract
This study aims to explain how the influence of stress and work discipline on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. This study used 109 respondents of employees of PT.SDL as a sample. Data collection using questionnaire. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis with instrument testing used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The result of this study that (1) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on Organizational itizenship behavior (OCB), (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Work discipline has a positif and significant effect on employee performance, (5) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positif and significant effect on employee performance, (6) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through Organization citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable, (7) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh stres, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan 109 responden pegawai PT SDL sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pengujian intrument menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (3) Stress Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (5) Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (6) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening, (7) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening.
