Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of injury risk due to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) complaints during the filling activity in the Primary Room Department of PT Aquasolve Sanaria. The Nordic Body Map (NBM) method was used to identify body complaints, while the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) was applied to operators with dominant complaints. Out of 13 participating operators, 9 individuals with moderate complaint levels based on NBM were further analyzed using REBA. The results showed that 1 operator was at very high risk, 2 at high risk, and the remaining 6 at moderate risk. The most common complaints included back pain (96%), lower back pain (98%), wrist pain (65%), and right hand pain (98%). The Pearson correlation test indicated a significant negative relationship between height and REBA scores (r_calculated = -0.711 > r_table = 0.666; p = 0.032 < 0.05), suggesting that taller operators tend to adopt more ergonomic working postures. These findings highlight the importance of ergonomic interventions to reduce injury risk and improve working comfort. Keyword: Musculoskeletal Disorders, Nordic Body Map, Rapid Entire Body Assessment, Ergonomics, Injury Risk Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat risiko cedera akibat keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada aktivitas filling di Departemen Ruang Primer PT Aquasolve Sanaria.
