Abstract

The development of tourism in Indonesia has recently shown a fairly good increase. Tourism is a sector that has the potential to support regional and state revenues. The development of tourism areas is very necessary to support state income and improve the economy of the community in tourism areas, one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia is the Province of West Java, namely Kuningnan Regency. Kuningan Regency has a panoramic view of natural beauty surrounded by lakes, waterfalls, and various fun water attractions. The quiet city atmosphere and beautiful nature are certainly one of the right choices for a vacation or a weekend, one of which is the Cigombang area which is an area in the Kuningan urban area which is still an urban forest, which can be passed through 2 roads, namely Jalan Siliwangi and Jalan Siliwangi. Jalan Ir. Sukarno. This area has been designed with an area master plan, with the tagline “eco forest”. Eco forest has various activities, namely: hotel area and its supporters, shopping fores area, mini zoo and shops bordering Siliwangi road. However, to fulfill tourism activities, infrastructure and accommodation are needed to support these activities, such as hotels, inns or resort hotels. The concept of spatial planning in the planning of the Hotel Resort in Cigombng-Kuningan is planned to use a pattern following the site footprint with an orientation facing north. The pattern of spatial organization that follows the site of the site, but follows the shape of the contour or gradation of the existing land. The location of the building will be adjusted to the level of privacy of each, such as the main building with a low level of privacy placed in front of the road or as a front view of the road and the ballroom is on the right side, as well as given a direct access point with skybright/bridge to the ballroom so that it is easy to reach. . Meanwhile, the cottage building is at the lowest position of the contour of the site and still has a view towards the bottom again with lush trees and is planned not to interfere with each other between cottage buildings. The reservation system is integrated with the hotel and parking is integrated with the hotel, cottage visitors can be escorted by electric car. The cottage area is planned to be more private than the hotel and its surroundings are used as a jogging track area, while the spotview at this Resort Hotel is the center view which is in the northeast direction or between east and north which directly faces Mount Ceremai. For coffee, use existing forests (not cut) or between trees if possible. Perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia akhir-akhir ini menunjukan peningkatan cukup baik. Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang sangat berpotensi untuk menunjang pendapatan daerah maupun pendapatan Negara. Pengembangan daerah pariwisata sangat diperlukan guna menunjang pendapatan negara serta memperbaiki perekonomian masyarakat di daerah pariwisata, salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Indonesia adalah Provinsi Jawa Barat yaitu Kabupaten Kuningnan. Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki panorama keindahan alam yang dikelilingi danau, curug, dan berbagai wisata air yang menyenangkan. Suasana kotanya yang tenang dan alam yang indah tentunya menjadi salah satu pilihan yang tepat untuk berlibur atau menghabiskan akhir pekan, salah satunya adalah daerah Cigombang yang merupakan area di perkotaan Kuningan yang masih berupa hutan kota, yang dapat dilalui melalui 2 jalan, yaitu Jalan Siliwangi dan Jalan Ir. Soekarno. Area ini sudah di desain dengan adanya masterplan Kawasan, dengan tagline “eco forest”. Eco forest mempunyai berbagai kegiatan, yaitu : area hotel dan pendukungnya, area shopping fores, mini zoo dan pertokoan yang berbatasan dengan jalan Siliwangi. Akan tetapi untuk pemenuhan kegiatan wisata diperlukan prasarana dan akomodasi untuk menunjang kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut, salah satunya seperti hotel, penginapan atau resort hotel. Konsep penataan bangunan pada perencanaan Hotel Resort di CigombngKuningan ini, direncanakan menggunakan pola konfigurasi kombinasi linear dan cluster dengan Hotel sebagai bangunan utama dan bangunan convention, cottage dll sebagai penunjang namun saling saling berkaitan satu sama lain dengan orientasi menghadap ke arah utara. Pola perencanaan tapak menyesuaikan dengan bentuk dari kontur atau gradasi lahan yang ada. Untuk peletakan bangunan nantinya akan disesuaikan dengan tingkat privasinya masing-masing, seperti bangunan utama dengan tingkat privasi rendah diletakan didepan jalan atau menjadi front view dari jalan dan ballroom berada di belakangnya, serta diberi jalur akses langsung dengan skybright/jembatan menuju ballroom agar mudah dicapai. Sedangkan bangunan cottage berada pada posisi paling bawah dari kontur tapak dan masih mempunyai view kearah bawahnya lagi dengan pepohonan rimbun dan direncanankan tidak saling mengganggu antar bangunan cottage. Sistem reservasi saling menyatu dengan hotel dan parkir menyatu dengan hotel, pengunjung cottage dapat diantar dengan mobil listrik. Kawasan cottage direncanakan lebih privasi dari hotel dan sekeliling dijadikan area jogging track , sedangkan pada spotview di Hotel Resort ini yang menjadi pusat adalah view yang berada di arah timur laut atau diantara arah timur dan utara yg langsung menghadap kearah Gunung Ceremai. Untuk coffe kopi memanfaatkan hutan yang ada (tidak ditebang) atau disela-sela pepohonan jika memungkinkan.
