Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify Playfulness, Functional Value and Shopping Well-Being towards Revisit Intention. The sample size for this study is 200 respondents, and the population consists of customer’s who have visited shopping malls in Jakarta and Bandung. In this study, Non Probability Sampling method was used by applying Purpose Sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a survey method by utilizing a research tool in the form of a questionnaire, which was distributed online using the Google Form platform to reach respondents more effectively. This research was analyzed by applying the Partial Least Square (PLS) method version 4.0. According to this study, playfulness and revisit intention were positively and significantly correlated. Conversely, there was no discernible effect of Functional Value or Shopping Well Being on Revisit Intention. According to the other findings, Playfulness and Functional Value have a positive and significant correlation with Shopping Well Being. Keywords : Playfulness, Functional Value, Shopping Well Being, Revisit Intention Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengidentifikasi Playfulness, Functional Value dan Shopping Well Being terhadap Revisit Intention. Konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi pusat perbelanjaan di Jakarta dan Bandung adalah sampel penelitian ini, yang terdiri dari 200 responden. Dalam studi ini, metode Non Probability Sampling digunakan dengan menerapkan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan memanfaatkan alat penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan platform google form untuk mencapai responden dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menerapkan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Terdapat temuan dari penelitian yang mengindikasikan bahwa Playfulness diidentifikasi mempunyai korelasi yang positif dan signifikan dengan Revisit Intention. Sebaliknya, Functional Value dan Shopping Well Being tidak berdampak yang signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. Hasil studi lain menemukan bahwa Playfulness dan Functional Value memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan dengan Shopping Well Being.
