Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh variabel terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Law Firm XYZ Jakarta. Perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan variabel yang menciptakan kepuasan kerja karyawan untuk membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien dan layak. Kepuasan kerja memicu kinerja terbaik karyawan, meskipun memenuhi harapan semua orang tidaklah mudah. Mungkin harapan setiap karyawan berbeda dalam bentuk dan intensitasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pentingnya Work Life Balance, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan dalam menciptakan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang dari seluruh populasi. Pengumpulan ide dan informasi didukung dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada beberapakaryawan Law Firm XYZ Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan. Thisstudy discussesthe influence of variables on employee job satisfaction. Law Firm XYZ Jakarta. Companies can consider variables that create employee job satisfaction to make work more efficient and feasible. Job satisfaction triggers the best performance of employees, although meeting everyone's expectations is not easy. Perhaps every employee's expectations differ in form and intensity. The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of Work Life Balance, Compensation and Leadership in creating employee job satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 30 people from the entire population. The collection of ideas and information was supported by interviews and distribution of questionnaires to several employees of Law Firm XYZ Jakarta. The results of the study show that career development has a significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance.
