Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Sanksi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Respoden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 Pegawai Negeri Sipil Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel atau sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu artinya informan tersebut memiliki kuasa tertentu terhadap sumber data yang dituju atau bisa dianggap sebagai seseorang yang paling banyak memiliki informasi terhadap sumber data. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sanksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan Kepempinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. This study aims to analyse the effect of work discipline, punishment and leadership on employee performance at the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The population in this study were all civil servants of the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The respondents in this study were 150 civil servants of the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique or data source with certain considerations, meaning that the informant has certain power over the intended data source or can be considered as someone who has the most information about the data source. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
