Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas kerja, keterampilan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 800 karyawan bagian produksi PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Divisi Noodle Cabang Cibitung. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 100 karyawan bagian produksi, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of work facilities, skills and communication on employee performance. The population in this study is 800 production employees of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Noodle Division Cibitung Plant. The sample used is 100 production employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work facilities has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Skills has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
