Abstract
Infrastructure development, especially toll road projects, increasingly relies on modern heavy equipment. In the implementation of the Jakarta - Cikampek II South Toll Road Project, the Sukaragam - Sukabungah section uses two methods of concrete slapping tools for rigid pavement work, namely Wirtgen SP-500 DBI and Wirtgen SP-500 Non DBI. With the difference in the tools used, it will certainly affect the effectiveness of cost and time. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to obtain a comparison of the cost and time required for rigid pavement work, using two methods of Wirtgen SP-500 DBI and Non DBI tools. Based on data analysis, the cost and time of rigid pavement work with a sample work length of 25 meters, or a concrete volume of 60 m3, the cost for the Wirtgent SP-500 DBI method is Rp. 117,014,400.00, -, while the cost for the Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI method is Rp. 117,951,360.00, -, the difference between the two methods is Rp. 936,960.00, - or a difference of 0.794% more expensive Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI method. And for the time comparison, the Wirtgent SP-500 DBI method takes 2.22 hours, while the Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI method takes 1.85 hours, the difference between the two methods is 0.37 hours or a difference of 0.167% faster than the Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI method. Keywords : Road Pavement, Wirtgen SP-500 DBI, Wirtgen SP-500 Non DBI, Cost and Time. Pembangunan infrastruktur terutama proyek jalan tol, semakin mengandalkan alat berat modern. Pada pelaksanaan Proyek Jalan Tol Jakarta – Cikampek II Selatan ruas Sukaragam – Sukabungah menggunakan dua metode alat penghamparan beton untuk pekerjaan rigid pavement yaitu Wirtgen SP-500 DBI dan Wirtgen SP500 Non DBI. Dengan adanya perbedaan alat yang digunakan tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas biaya dan waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perbandingan biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan pekerjaan rigid pavement, dengan menggunakan dua metode alat Wirtgen SP-500 DBI dan Non DBI. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan biaya dan waktu pekerjaan rigid pavement dengan panjang pekerjaan sampel 25 meter, atau volume beton 60 m3 , biaya untuk metode Wirtgent SP-500 DBI sebesar Rp. 117,014,400.00,-, sedangkan biaya untuk metode Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI sebesar Rp. 117,951,360.00,-, selisih dari kedua metode tersebut senilai Rp. 936,960.00,- atau selisih 0.794% lebih mahal metode Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI. Dan untuk perbandingan waktu didapatkan metode Wirtgent SP500 DBI, membutuhkan waktu 2,22 jam, sedangkan metode Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI, membutuhkan waktu 1,85 jam, selisih dari kedua metode tersebut 0,37 jam atau selisih 0,167% lebih cepat metode Wirtgent SP-500 Non DBI.
