Abstract

Kualitas dan kemampuan SDM sangat memengaruhi kemajuan suatu organisasi, menjadikannya aset yang krusial. Hotel Ibis Cikini Jakarta Pusat, yang merupakan bagian dari jaringan internasional, perlu fokus pada kualitas kinerja karyawan untuk tetap kompetitif. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan Hotel Ibis Cikini. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan keseluruhan populasi karena jumlahnya kurang dari 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The quality and capabilities of human resources (HR) significantly influence the progress of an organization, making them a crucial asset. Hotel Ibis Cikini Jakarta Pusat, as part of an international network, needs to focus on the quality of employee performance to remain competitive. The aim of this research is to investigate and analyze the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. The research method employed in this study is descriptive qualitative. The population for this research consists of 30 employees of Hotel Ibis Cikini. The sample for this research includes the entire population, as it is less than 100 individuals. Data collection techniques used in this study include questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline also does not significantly influence employee performance. However, the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
