Abstract
Jabodetabek Residence Connexion is one of the urban transportation services provided by Perum DAMRI. LRT City Bekasi-Grand Paragon and Mega City Bekasi-Monas are one of the routes served by Perum DAMRI. The current tariff setting is considered to be high due to the change in tariff from previously IDR 15,000.00 to IDR 23,000.00. This research aims to find the ability to pay passengers (Ability To Pay) and calculate Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK). Data processing uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test methods to determine whether the questionnaire given is valid, and fare calculations are based on the Director General's Decree Number 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Transport. As a result, based on the realization of customer achievement and load factor, it was found that the difference in the LRT City Bekasi-Grand Paragon route had a fare relatively smaller than the analysis fare, and the Mega City Bekasi-Monas route had a fare relatively greater than the fare that had been analyzed. Jabodetabek Residence Connexion merupakan salah satu layanan angkutan perkotaan yang disediakan oleh Perum DAMRI. LRT City Bekasi-Grand Paragon dan Mega City Bekasi-Monas merupakan salah satu dari rute yang dilayani oleh Perum DAMRI. Penetapan tarif saat ini dinilai tergolong tinggi dikarenakan adanya perubahan tarif yang sebelumnya Rp15.000,00 menjadi Rp23.000,00. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari kemampuan membayar penumpang (Ability To Pay) serta menghitung Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK). Pengolahan data yang digunakan metode Uji Validitas serta Uji Realibilitas untuk mengetahui kuesioner yang diberikan valid, dan perhitungan tarif berdasarkan SK Dirjen Nomor 687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Umum. Hasilnya, berdasarkan realisasi capaian pelanggan dan load factor didapatkan selisih pada rute LRT City Bekasi-Grand Paragon memiliki tarif relatif lebih kecil dari besaran tarif analisis, serta rute Mega City Bekasi-Monas memiliki tarif relatif lebih besar terhadap besaran tarif yang sudah di analisis.
