Abstract

This study aims to find out the Influences Green Work Family Conflict And Organizational Culture On Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment (OCBE) Mediated By Organizational Commitment At PT Madya Utama Lima. The object of this research was conducted at PT. Madya Utama Lima South Tangerang. The study took place between October 2024 and December 2024. This research employs purposive sampling to select a sample of 60 permanent employees from PT Madya Utama Lima. This study tested the influence between variables with SEM PLS analysis. The stages in PLS SEM analysis consist of (1) The stages in PLS SEM analysis include: (1) creating a path diagram based on the research model framework; (2) conducting outer model tests to analysis the validity and reliability of indicators in measuring their variables (constructs); (3) evaluating the goodness of fit model to confirm that the processed data aligns with the estimated model, thereby providing an overview of the actual population condition; and (4) testing the inner model, which serves as a tool to test research hypotheses. flict negatively affects organizational commitment, green work family conflict negatively affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment (OCBE), organizational culture positively affects organizational commitment, organizational culture positively affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment (OCBE) . Keywords : Organizational commitment, organizational culture, work- family conflict, and Organizational CitizensLingkungan Perilaku pinggul (OCBE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Green Work Family Conflict Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCBE) Dimediasi Oleh Organizational Commitment Di PT Madya Utama Lima. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Madya Utama Lima Tangerang Selatan. Studi ini berlangsung antara Oktober 2024 dan Desember 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling untuk memilih sampel 60 karyawan tetap dari PT Madya Utama Lima. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh antar variabel dengan analisis SEM PLS. Tahapan dalam analisis PLS SEM terdiri dari (1) Tahapan dalam analisis PLS SEM meliputi: (1) pembuatan diagram jalur berdasarkan kerangka model penelitian; (2) melakukan uji model luar untuk menganalisis validitas dan keandalan indikator dalam mengukur variabelnya (konstruk); (3) mengevaluasi kebaikan model kesesuaian untuk mengonfirmasi bahwa data yang diproses selaras dengan model perkiraan, sehingga memberikan gambaran umum tentang kondisi populasi yang sebenarnya; dan (4) menguji model dalam, yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Green Work Family Conflict berpengaruh negatif pada organizational commitment, Green Work Family Conflict berpengaruh negatif pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment (OCBE), budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif pada komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif pada Organzational Citizenship Behavior Environment (OCBE). Kata kunci : Organizational Commitment, Budaya organisasi, Green Work Family Confclict, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment (OCBE).
