Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, customer reviews, customer ratings on buying interest in Blibli e-commerce, Ciledug residents, Tangerang city. In this study using quantitative methods with associative approach. The sample of this research is 120 respondents, using data collection technique by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model and the data processing uses Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). The results of this study indicate that trust has a significant positive effect on buying interest in Blibli e-commerce among residents of Ciledug, Tangerang City. Customer Review has a significant positive effect on Blibli E-commerce Buying Interest among Ciledug residents, Tangerang City. Customer Rating has a significant positive effect on Buying Interest in Blibli Ecommerce among residents of Ciledug, Tangerang City. Keywords: E-commerce, Trust, Customer Review, Customer Rating, Buying Interest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Customer Review, Customer Rating terhadap Minat Beli pada E-commerce Blibli warga Ciledug Kota Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendeketan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 responden, dengan teknik pengumpulan data meyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli E-commerce Blibli pada warga Ciledug Kota Tangerang. Customer Review berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli E-commerce Blibli pada warga Ciledug Kota Tangerang. Customer Rating berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli E-commerce Blibli pada warga Ciledug Kota Tangerang.
