Abstract
Pengelolaan dokumen bukti potong pajak merupakan aspek penting dalam kepatuhan perpajakan perusahaan. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan Aplikasi I-Pot untuk mengatasi keterbatasan teknis pada aplikasi sebelumnya, seperti website error di E-SPT Provider Inhealth. Dua variabel utama diidentifikasi: Efisiensi Sistem, mencakup kemampuan menangani hingga 5.000 file PDF per unggah dengan ukuran maksimal 150 KB, serta pengurangan waktu proses unggah, validasi, dan pencetakan dan Kepuasan Pengguna, meliputi kemudahan akses, fitur pencarian, dan laporan yang dapat dikirim via email. Fitur unggulan aplikasi meliputi unggah file massal dengan validasi duplikasi, penghapusan otomatis data berusia lebih dari 3 tahun, pencetakan dan pratinjau bukti potong secara massal. The management of tax withholding documents is a critical aspect of ensuring corporate compliance with tax regulations. This study aims to design and develop the I-Pot Application to address technical limitations found in the previous system, such as website errors in the E-SPT Provider Inhealth application. Two primary variables were identified: System Efficiency, which includes the ability to handle up to 5,000 PDF files per upload with a maximum size of 150 KB, as well as reducing the time required for file uploading, validation, and document printing; and User Satisfaction, which focuses on accessibility, search functionality, and report generation that can be directly sent via email. The application’s key features include bulk file uploading with duplicate validation, automatic deletion of data older than three years, and mass printing and previewing of tax withholding documents.
