Abstract
This study aims to analyze the occupational health and safety (OHS) risk management at the PMJ Land Tower project in Pulogadung, East Jakarta. Data collection was conducted through interviews with field supervisors and the head of the HSE department, as well as direct observations at the project site. The methodology used includes HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Controls) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) to identify and assess potential risks during project implementation. A total of 30 respondents participated in completing a questionnaire designed to identify risks related to work methods and their impacts. The analysis results show that this project involves a diverse workforce in terms of age and experience, with the majority of respondents aged between 25 and 44 years and having sufficient work experience. Validity and reliability tests indicate that the instruments used in this study are dependable. Risk identification revealed various potential hazards associated with each work stage, and risk assessments were conducted to determine risk indices based on their impact and likelihood. The results of this study are expected to significantly contribute to formulating appropriate control measures to enhance worker safety and health while ensuring smooth project execution. By giving serious attention to OHS risk management, the PMJ Land Tower project is expected to be carried out safely and efficiently, delivering positive impacts to the surrounding community. Keywords: Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), HIRADC, JSA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) pada proyek PMJ Land Tower di Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pengawas lapangan dan kepala departemen HSE, serta pengamatan langsung di lokasi proyek. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Controls) dan JSA (Job Safety Analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai risiko yang mungkin terjadi selama pelaksanaan proyek. Sebanyak 30 responden terlibat dalam pengisian kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi risiko terkait metode kerja dan dampaknya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa proyek ini melibatkan tenaga kerja yang beragam dalam hal usia dan pengalaman, dengan mayoritas responden berusia antara 25 hingga 44 tahun dan memiliki pengalaman kerja yang cukup. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat diandalkan. Identifikasi risiko mengungkapkan berbagai potensi bahaya yang terkait dengan setiap tahap pekerjaan, dan penilaian risiko dilakukan untuk menentukan indeks risiko berdasarkan dampak dan kemungkinan terjadinya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam merumuskan langkahlangkah pengendalian yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja, serta memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek. Dengan perhatian serius terhadap manajemen risiko K3, proyek PMJ Land Tower diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan dengan aman dan efisien, serta memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar.
