Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Training, Workload, and Burnout on Work Productivity from a sustainability perspective at the Cibodas District Office, Tangerang City. The population in the study were 64 permanent employees from the Cibodas District Office, Tangerang City. The sampling method used is to use saturated samples. The data collection method uses the survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The research results show that: (1) Job Training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (3) Burnout has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Cibodas District Office, Tangerang City. The research results provide the implication that Job Training, Workload and Burnout are things that must be considered to increase employee productivity in order to realize organizational goals. Keywords: Job Training, Workload, Burnout, Work Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Burnout terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dalam perspektif keberlanjutan (sustainability) di Kantor Kecamatan Cibodas Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 64 pegawai tetap. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan sample jenuh. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan Metode Survey dengan Instrumen Penelitian adalah kusioner Metode Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja, (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja, (3) Burnout berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Cibodas Kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa Pelatihan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Burnout adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan Produktifitas karyawan demi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Burnout, Produktivitas Kerja.
