Abstract
In project implementation, an appropriate method is needed to resolve various issues in the field. In pile driving work, there are obstacles due to the pile driving method, stemming from several shortcomings of that method. The first problem arises because the construction project of the Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Tafsir Alqur’an is located in a densely populated area, with several schools and places of worship nearby. To address this issue, the pile driving method was changed because the Diesel Hammer method was deemed unsuitable, as it could disrupt the activities of local residents. This research analyzes the comparison of time and cost between Diesel Hammer Pile Driving and Hydraulic Static Pile Driving methods. The results of this study can determine an efficient work method based on time and cost, as well as assess the impact generated by each pile driving method. The Unit Price for the Hydraulic Static Pile Drive (HSPD) method is approximately IDR 7,095,303.35 for one point, while the Unit Price for the Diesel Hammer method is approximately IDR 4,805,438.17 for one point. One round of Hydraulic Static Pile Drive (HSPD) takes 35 minutes, whereas the Diesel Hammer method takes 52 minutes. In terms of impact, the Hydraulic Static Pile Drive (HSPD) method is considered superior to the Diesel Hammer method. Keywords: Cost, Impact, Diesel Hammer, Hydraulic Static Pile Driver, Piling, Time. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek diperlukan metode yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah di lapangan. Pada pekerjaan Pemancangan terdapat kendala pada metode pemancangan karena adanya masalah yang disebabkan dari beberapa kekurangan metode tersebut. Masalah pertama disebabkan karena proyek pembangunan gedung Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Tafsir Alqur’an berada dipemukiman padat penduduk, dan terdapat beberapa sekolah dan rumah ibadah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan pergantian metode pemancangan tersebut karena metode Diesel Hammer dinilai tidak memungkinkan karena dapat mengganggu aktifitas warga sekitar proyek. Dari penelitian tersebut sehingga dapat menganalisis perbandingan waktu dan biaya pada metode Pemancangan Diesel Hammer dan Pemancangan Hydraulic Static Pile Drive. Dimana hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menentukan metode kerja yang efisien berdasarkan waktu dan biaya, serta bisa menentukan metode berdasarkan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari masing-masing metode pemancangan. Dan didapatkan hasil Harga Satuan Pekerjaan metode Hyraulic Static Pile Drive (HSPD) yaitu kurang lebih Rp 7.095.303,35 per satu titik, sedangkan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan metode Diesel Hammer yaitu kurang lebih Rp 4.805.438,17 per satu titik. Untuk 1 kali pemancangan Hyraulic Static Pile Drive (HSPD) membutuhkan waktu 35 menit, Sedangakan Diesel Hammer membutuhkan waktu 52 menit. Serta dari dampak yang ditimbulkan lebih mengunggulkan Hyraulic Static Pile Drive (HSPD) dibandingkan dengan Diesel Hammer.
