Abstract
In the supply chain concept, suppliers are a very important part and influence the survival of a factory. PT Digital Sarana Intimedia is a company operating in the printing industry. This company is in direct contact with several suppliers of printed raw materials. During this time the company often experiences problems related to supplier performance such as delivery delays and non-compliance with the quality agreed upon by the company. Supplier performance assessments are important to carry out at PT Digital Sarana Intimedia so that supplier performance can be controlled and improved so that it does not disrupt the company's smooth production. The aim of this research is to identify and determine the weight of supplier performance criteria and sub-criteria and obtain supplier performance rankings using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The weighted criteria results are Price (0.127), Quality (0.171), Order Conformity (0.204), Delivery Speed (0.218), Ease of Transaction (0.279). The performance assessment results of foam material suppliers were obtained from highest to lowest, namely Supplier A (0.276), Supplier B (0.318) and Supplier C (0.406). Keywords: Supplier, Printing, Raw Material, Analytic Hierarchy Process Dalam konsep supply chain, supplier merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan hidup suatu pabrik. PT Digital Sarana Intimedia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri percetakan. Perusahaan ini berhubungan langsung dengan beberapa supplier pada raw material cetak selama ini perusahaan sering mengalami permasalahan terkait kinerja supplier seperti keterlambatan pengiriman dan ketidaksesuaian kualitas yang telah disepakati oleh perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja supplier penting dilakukan di PT Digital Sarana Intimedia agar kinerja supplier dapat dikontrol dan ditingkatkan sehingga tidak menganggu kelancaran produksi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menentukan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria kinerja supplier serta mendapatkan peringkat kinerja supplier dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil bobot kriteria adalah Harga (0.127), Kualitas (0.171), Keseuaian Order (0.204), Kecepatan Pengiriman (0.218), Kemudahan Transaksi (0.279). Hasil penilaian kinerja supplier material busa didapatkan dari urutan yang tertinggi hingga terendah yaitu Supplier A (0.276), Supplier B (0.318) dan Supplier C (0.406).
