Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Life Balance and Achievement Motivation on Job Performance on employees in Jakarta. With a quantitative approach and accidental sampling technique, this study involved 225 employees. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that Work Life Balance and Achievement Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Job Performance. Companies are advised to pay more attention to the dimensions of Work Enhancement Of Personal Life in Work Life Balance and Achievement Behaviors in Achievement Motivation, because both have the greatest correlation to Contextual Performance. Steps that can be taken include self-development programs that benefit employees' personal and professional lives, work flexibility, achievement-based reward systems, and work cultures that encourage initiative and collaboration. Improving these two aspects is expected to optimize employee performance in the organization. Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Motivation, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Achievement Motivation terhadap Job Performance pada karyawan di Jakarta. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik accidental sampling, penelitian ini melibatkan 225 karyawan. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance dan Achievement Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance. Perusahaan disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan dimensi Work Enhancement Of Personal Life dalam Work Life Balance dan Achievement Behaviors dalam Achievement Motivation, karena keduanya memiliki korelasi paling besar terhadap Contextual Performance. Langkah yang dapat dilakukan meliputi program pengembangan diri yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupan pribadi dan profesional karyawan, fleksibilitas kerja, sistem penghargaan berbasis prestasi, serta budaya kerja yang mendorong inisiatif dan kolaborasi. Peningkatan kedua aspek ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan dalam organisasi. Kata kunci: Kesimbangan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja.
