Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal attachment and resilience of senior high school students in the DKI Jakarta area. The total respondents obtained were 300 students. This study used the Convenience Sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) to measure attachment to the mother and the Resiliency Scale for Children and Adolescents (RSCA) to measure adolescent resilience. From the data analysis, the results showed a significant positive relationship between maternal attachment and resilience of senior high school students in the DKI Jakarta area, with a sig. value of 0.000 (p <0.001) and a coefficient value of r = .540. The results of the study showed that the higher the level of maternal attachment to the subject, the higher the resilience. Keywords: Maternal Attachment, Resilience Kajian ini mempunyai tujuan guna mengetahui hubungan kelekatan ibu dengan resiliensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Total responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 300 siswa. Kajian ini memakai teknik Convenience Sampling. Alat ukur yang dipakai dalam kajian ini, yaitu Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) guna mengukur kelekatan pada ibu dan Resiliency Scale for Children and Adolescents (RSCA) guna mengukur resiliensi remaja. Dari analisa data didapat hasil yang memperlihatkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kelekatan ibu dengan resiliensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di wilayah DKI Jakarta, dengan nilai sig. 0.000 (p<0.001) dan nilai koefisien sebesar r = .540. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kelekatan ibu pada subjek, maka semakin tinggi pula resiliensinya. Kata Kunci: Kelekatan Ibu, Resiliensi.
