Abstract
Road construction work can be said to be a high-risk project, this is based on the construction process which usually takes a long time and is complex so that it can cause various risks. Risk is the possibility of an event occurring and its consequences. Risk can have an impact on the budget, quality, and productivity of the project. This study aims to determine the risks that arise, the extent to which these risks impact the road construction project, and the analysis of risk responses that occur during the project. The road widening construction project will be the subject of risk analysis, risk identification, and risk response in this study. To identify risks, a literature survey was conducted, the frequency and likelihood of risks were evaluated, and the impact of the risks was evaluated using the Severity Index and the Impact Matrix of probability. Based on the results of the analysis, it was determined that there were four risk variables included in the general risk variable category, namely: poor contractor field management (42.22%), materials sent did not match the value of 43.85%, lack of work supervision (43.88%), and damage or loss in the storage warehouse (45.39%). Pada pekerjaan konstruksi jalan dapat dikatakan sebagai proyek yang berisiko tinggi, hal ini didasari pada proses konstruksi yang biasanya memakan waktu cukup lama dan komplek sehingga dapat menimbulkan ketidakpastian yang memunculkan berbagai risiko. Risiko adalah kemungkinan terjadinya suatu kejadian dan konsekuensinya. Risiko dapat berdampak pada anggaran, kualitas, dan produktivitas proyek. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan risiko yang muncul, sejauh mana risiko tersebut berdampak pada proyek pembangunan jalan, dan analisis respons risiko yang terjadi selama proyek tersebut. Proyek pembangunan pelebaran jalan akan menjadi subjek analisis risiko, identifikasi risiko, dan respons risiko dalam studi ini. Untuk mengidentifikasi risiko, tinjauan pustaka dilakukan, frekuensi dan kemungkinan risiko dievaluasi, dan dampak risiko dievaluasi menggunakan Indeks Keparahan dan Matriks Dampak Kemungkinan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditetapkan bahwa terdapat empat variabel risiko yang termasuk dalam kategori variabel risiko umum, yaitu: manajemen lapangan kontraktor yang kurang baik (42,22%), material yang dikirim tidak sesuai nilai sebesar 43,85%, kurangnya pengawasan pekerjaan (43,88%), dan kerusakan atau kehilangan di gudang penyimpanan (45,39%).
