Abstract

This research is entitled “Evaluation of the Support Capacity of Drill Poles Based on NSPT Test Data on the Cilangkap Flat House Project” which aims to evaluate the bearing capacity of poles in the Cilangkap Apartment project using secondary data from a soil consultant. The secondary data used includes Standard Penetration Test (SPT) test results, pile load test results, and substructure structural drawings. This evaluation is carried out to ensure that the installed pile foundation is able to adequately support the building load. The method used in this study involved calculating the bearing capacity of single and group piles using Meyerhof's theoretical approach and Reese & Wright's method based on SPT test results. The results of the bearing capacity calculation were then compared with the pile load test results to assess the suitability and safety of the foundation design. The results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity in the Meyerhof method was smaller than the Reese & Wright method with the ultimate bearing capacity in the Meyerhof Method in zone C 428,468 tons, zone B 465,791 tons, zone A 463,324 tons, and in the Reese & Wright method the ultimate bearing capacity in zone C was 630,437 tons, zone B 899,586 tons, zone A 826,214 tons. For the settlement calculation, the total settlement in zone C is 11,474 cm, zone B 8,410, Zone A 7,006 cm. Although there are differences in settlement result in each zone, all result are still within the safe limits set by SNI-8460. Penelitian ini berjudul " Evaluasi Daya Dukung Tiang Bor Berdasarkan Data Uji N-SPT Pada Proyek Rumah Susun Cilangkap" yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kapasitas daya dukung tiang pada proyek Apartemen Cilangkap dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari konsultan tanah. Data sekunder yang digunakan mencakup hasil uji Standar Penetration Test (SPT), hasil uji beban tiang, dan gambar struktur substruktur. Evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa fondasi tiang yang dipasang mampu mendukung beban bangunan secara memadai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung tiang tunggal dan kelompok dengan pendekatan teori Meyerhof dan metode Reese & Wright yang berbasis pada hasil uji SPT. Hasil perhitungan daya dukung tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil uji beban tiang untuk menilai kesesuaian dan keamanan desain fondasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya dukung ultimit pada metode Meyerhof lebih kecil dari pada metode Reese & Wright dengan daya dukung ultimit pada Metode Meyerhof di zona C 428.468 ton, zona B 465.791 ton, zona A 463.324 ton, dan pada metode Reese & Wright didapatkan daya dukung ultimit di zona C sebesar 630.437 ton, zona B 899.586 ton, zona A 826.214 ton. Untuk perhitungan penurunan didapatkan penurunan total di zona C sebesar 11.474 cm, zona B 8.410, Zona A 7.006 cm. meskipun terdapat perbedaan hasil penurunan di setiap zona, seluruh hasil masih berada dalam batas aman yang ditetapkan oleh SNI-8460.
