Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh agile leadership terhadap kinerja BTNers Milenial dengan talent management dan budaya perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan milenial di BTN, dengan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agile leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja BTNers Milenial. Selain itu, talent management dan budaya perusahaan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara agile leadership dan kinerja BTNers Milenial. Talent management yang efektif meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan, sementara budaya perusahaan yang kuat mendorong lingkungan kerja yang inovatif dan kolaboratif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan agile leadership yang optimal dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengelolaan talenta yang strategis dan budaya perusahaan yang adaptif. This study aims to analyze the influence of agile leadership on the performance of millennial employees at BTN, with talent management and corporate culture as mediating variables. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through a questionnaire. The study population consists of millennial employees at BTN, and the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The findings reveal that agile leadership has a positive and significant impact on the performance of BTN millennial employees. Furthermore, talent management and corporate culture serve as mediators in the relationship between agile leadership and employee performance. Effective talent management enhances employee competencies, while a strong corporate culture fosters an innovative and collaborative work environment. These findings emphasize that the optimal implementation of agile leadership can enhance employee performance through strategic talent management and an adaptive corporate culture.
