Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis komunikasi internal dalam perusahaan ATI Business Group, khususnya pada Divisi Global Ticket Center yang menangani operasional pemenuhan kebutuhan tiket penerbangan bagi klien utama, Flight Centre Travel Group. Komunikasi internal memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan, terutama dalam menghadapi lonjakan permintaan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal yang efektif melalui berbagai media, seperti email, telepon, dan pesan singkat, berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan kepuasan klien. Selain itu, strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh manajemen ATI Business Group mampu meningkatkan koordinasi tim, memperkuat motivasi kerja, serta menjaga citra positif perusahaan di mata mitra kerja dan klien. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya komunikasi organisasi dalam mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis, terutama dalam industri perjalanan yang dinamis. This study analyzes internal communication within ATI Business Group, particularly in the Global Ticket Center Division, which manages the operational fulfillment of flight ticket needs for its main client, Flight Centre Travel Group. Internal communication plays a crucial role in enhancing employee work effectiveness, especially in handling the surge in demand post-Covid-19 pandemic. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that effective internal communication through various media, such as emails, phone calls, and instant messages, has a positive impact on employee productivity and client satisfaction. Additionally, the communication strategies implemented by ATI Business Group's management have improved team coordination, strengthened work motivation, and maintained the company’s positive image among partners and clients. This study provides insights into the importance of organizational communication in supporting business sustainability, especially in the dynamic travel industry.
