Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance, including: workload, compensation and job satisfaction. This study also aims to analyze the effect of workload and compensation on job satisfaction and analyze how job satisfaction can mediate the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study was 100 employees at PT Information Technology Infrastruktur. The sample used was 100 employees, the sampling used in thisstudy was saturated sampling. The research method used is quantitative with SEM-PLS. Based on the analysis in this study, the results obtained were that: 1) workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance; 2) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance; 3) job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance; 4) workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; 5) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 6) job satisfaction does not mediate workload on employee performance; 7) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, diantaranya : beban kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta menganalisis bagaimana kepuasan kerja bisa memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan di PT. Information Technology Infrastruktur. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 karyawan, sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan SEM- PLS. Berdasarkan analisis pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa : 1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) kepuasan kerja tidakberpengaruh ignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerj; 5) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 6) kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; 7) kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
