Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, independent commissioners, leverage and company size on firm value.The object of this research is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2019. This research was conducted using a sample of 13 selected companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with criteria determined by the researcher using a causal relationship design. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysisin the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) the managerial ownership has a significant on firm value, (2) independent commissioners has no effect on firm value, (3) leverage has a significant negative effect on firm value, (4) company sizehas no effect on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independent, leverage, dan ukuram perusahaam terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013 -2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan terpilih yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan peneliti menggunakan desain hubungan kausal. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) komisaris independent tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komisaris Independen, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan
