Abstract
Technicians repairing printer machines at PT Astra Graphia frequently experience musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), particularly in the lower back, upper back, and wrists. These complaints arise due to non-ergonomic working postures, such as prolonged bending and supporting body weight while performing Breakdown Maintenance activities. These unnatural body positions increase the risk of musculoskeletal injuries, which can negatively impact the technicians' long-term health. To analyze the ergonomic risk levels, this study employs the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Data were collected through direct observations, interviews with technicians, and Nordic Body Maps (NBM) questionnaires to identify the most affected body areas. The REBA score was then calculated to assess the ergonomic risk associated with the technicians' working postures during machine repair. The findings indicate that the REBA scores for several repair activities fall into the high-risk category, necessitating immediate corrective action. The primary solution proposed in this study is the adoption of proper working postures based on ergonomic principles to reduce excessive physical strain on technicians' bodies. Ergonomic training is provided as a preventive measure, focusing on safer and more efficient techniques for machine repair. By implementing these strategies, technicians' health is expected to be better preserved, and the risk of injury significantly reduced. Keywords: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment), Nordic Body Maps (NBM), Breakdown Maintenance Teknisi perbaikan mesin printer di PT Astra Graphia sering mengalami keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), terutama pada bagian pinggang, punggung, dan pergelangan tangan.
