Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Maju Santosa Cemerlang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 35 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang representatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja yang tinggi merepresentatif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai, sedangkan beban kerja yang tidak seimbang dapat menurunkan produktivitas. Motivasi kerja terbukti menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, menyeimbangkan beban kerja, dan memberikan motivasi yang optimal untuk mendukung kinerja karyawan yang lebih baik. This research aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance by analyzing the influence of job satisfaction, workload and work motivation on the performance of PT. Maju Santosa Cemerlang. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The research results show that job satisfaction, workload, and work motivation have a representative influence on employee performance. High job satisfaction represents an increase in employee performance, while an unbalanced workload can reduce productivity. Work motivation has been proven to be an important factor in improving employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended to continue to increase job satisfaction, balance workload, and provide optimal motivation to support better employee performance.
