Abstract
From previous studies, discussions on several projects that almost experienced delays and losses and could be prevented were assisted by project management methods. Based on the background, a cost and time analysis needs to be carried out. The methods that will be used are the Earned Value Method and the Critical Path Method. So these methods need to be applied to renovation projects, namely the function of this method is to find efficiency from the duration of project implementation so that it can save indirect project costs. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting this research with the title "Implementation of the Earned Value Method and Critical Path Method Can Improve Cost and Time Performance (Case Study: BP2MI Office Building Construction/Renovation Project and Work Space Arrangement)". In this study, a time cost performance analysis will be conducted using the method obtained from the initial scheduling value, then performing schedule disruption using the CPM method and finally rescheduling from the results of the schedule changes from the CPM method. The results of the study showed that after performing time clichés using the Critical Path Method (CPM), an increase in performance time of 9,52% and cost of 7,09% was obtained. Keywords: CPM, EVM, Renovation Project Dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya terdapat pembahasan mengenai beberapa proyek yang hampir mengalami keterlambatan serta kerugian dan dapat dicegah dengan bantuan metode manajemen proyek. Berdasarkan latar belakang perlu dilakukan analisis biaya dan waktu. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah Earned Value Method dan Critical Path Method. Maka metode tersebut perlu diterapkan pada proyek renovasi yaitu Fungsi dari metode ini adalah mencari efisiensi dari durasi pelaksanaan proyek sehingga dapat menghemat biaya tidak langsung proyek. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini dengan judul “Implementasi Metode Earned Value Dan Critical Path Method Dapat Meningkatkan Kinerja Biaya Dan Waktu (Studi Kasus : Proyek Pembangunan/Renovasi Gedung Kantor Dan Penataan Ruang Kerja BP2MI)”. Pada Penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis kinerja biaya waktu dengan metode earned value pada penjadwalan awal, kemudian melakukan pengoptimalan jadwal dengan metode CPM dan terakhir dilakukan penjadwalan ulang kembali dari hasil perubahan jadwal dari dari metode CPM. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan, setelah di lakukan pengoptimalan waktu menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) diperoleh perbaikan dari segi kinerja waktu sebesar 9,52% dan biaya 7,09%.
