Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Green Competene Building dan Green Employee Involvement terhadap Environmental Perfomance yang dimediasi Green Organizational Culture pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciputat" Penelitian ini melibatkan 65 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dan menganalisis hubungan antara variabel Green Competene Building dan Green Employee Involvement terhadap Environmental Perfomance yang dimediasi Green Organizational Culture pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciputat. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode struktural Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Competence Building berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Organizational Culture. Green Employee Involvement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Organizational Culture. Green Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Environmental Perfomance. Green Competence Building berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Environmental Perfomance. Green Employee Involvement berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Environmental Perfomance. Namun Green Competence Building berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Environmental Perfomance yang dimediasi Green Organizational Culture. Green Employee Involvement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Environmental Perfomance yang dimediasi Green Organizational Culture. This research is entitled "The Influence of Green Competene Building and Green Employee Involvement on Environmental Performance mediated by Green Organizational Culture at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciputat" This research involved 65 respondents who were selected through purposive sampling and analyzed the relationship between the Green Competene Building and Green Employee variables Involvement in Environmental Performance mediated by Green Organizational Culture at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciputat. The analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural method via the Smart PLS application. The research results show that Green Competence Building has a positive and significant effect on Green Organizational Culture. Green Employee Involvement has a positive and significant effect on Green Organizational Culture. Green Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Performance. Green Competence Building has a negative and insignificant effect on Environmental Performance. Green Employee Involvement has a positive and insignificant effect on Environmental Performance. However, Green Competence Building has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Performance which is mediated by Green Organizational Culture. Green Employee Involvement has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Performance which is mediated by Green Organizational Culture.
