Abstract

Criminal acts such as theft and robbery often occur in office environments. Security guards and employees are unable to effectively monitor the office, leading to concerns due to the lack of an optimal security system. There is no security system that provides real-time information to security guards and employees. This study designs an integrated security system device capable of detecting human movement, with a buzzer providing audible alerts connected to a web-based dashboard and WhatsApp gateway for notifications. This system can be independently managed by each security guard and employee. To achieve the desired outcomes, the integrated security system utilizes sensors from auto-dial alarms connected to the web dashboard and WhatsApp gateway, applying the Haversine methodology to locate the nearest quick response team. This ensures that security actions can be taken more quickly, requiring several supporting components during the development process. By using the integrated security system, companies can reduce theft incidents through the use of auto-dial alarm sensors. This system allows security guards and employees to monitor office conditions remotely, even when they are not on-site. Motion detection followed by immediate alerts via alarms and notifications supports more responsive and independent security management. Keywords: Auto Dial Alarm, Sensor, Whatsapp Gateway Tindakan kejahatan seperti kriminal, pencurian dan perampokan sering kali terjadi dilingkungan perkantoran. Penjaga keamanan dan karyawan tidak dapat memantau kantor secara efektif sehingga menimbulkan rasa kekhawatiran karena kurang maksimalnya sistem keamanan. Tidak adanya sistem keamanan yang memberikan informasi secara langsung kepada penjaga keamanan serta karyawan. Penelitian ini merancang sebuah perangkat sistem keamanan terpadu yang mampu mendeteksi gerakan manusia, buzzer memberikan peringatan berupa suara yang akan terkoneksi melalui dashboard web dan whatsapp gateway sebagai notifikasi serta dapat dikelola secara mandiri oleh masing-masing penjaga keamanan dan karyawan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil seperti yang diinginkan dalam perancangan sistem keamanan terpadu menggunakan sensor dari alarm auto dial yang akan terhubung ke dashboard web dan whatsapp gateway menggunakan metodologi haversine untuk mencari tim respon cepat terdekat, agar Tindakan keamanan dapat diredam lebih cepat tentunya membutuhkan beberapa komponen penunjang dalam proses pengerjaannya. Dengan menggunakan sistem keamanan terpadu perusahaan dapat mengurangi tindakan pencurian yang dapat terjadi dengan pemanfaatan sensor alarm auto dial. Sistem ini memungkinkan penjaga keamanan dan karyawan untuk memantau situasi kantor dari jarak jauh, bahkan saat sedang tidak berada di lokasi. Deteksi gerakan yang diikuti peringatan langsung melalui alarm dan notifikasi mendukung pengelolaan keamanan yang lebih responsif dan mandiri. Kata kunci: Alarm Auto Dial, Sensor, Whatsapp Gateway
