Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work life balance on organizational citizenship behavior with learning organization as an intervening variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study is employees at SDN Meruya Utara 02 Pagi with a sample of 35 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Commitmen, Work Life Balance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior , Learning Organization Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan work life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan dimediasi learning organization. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampel jenuh. Objek penelitian ini guru pada SDN Meruya Utara 02 Pagi dengan sampel 35 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen oganisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning organization. Work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning organization. Learning organization berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui learning organization.
