Abstract

The development of information technology has made significant progress towards the digital era, where information that was once managed conventionally has now transformed into computer-based technology. ITS is a construction company that conducts employee performance assessments. Currently, the employee performance evaluation process is conducted subjectively from a single perspective each month, without any specific assessment criteria for decision-making. This study aims to develop employee performance assessments by involving a 360 Degree Feedback. This method provides a comprehensive view of an individual's performance, not only from the perspective of direct superiors but also by involving coworkers' viewpoints. The study also utilizes the Waterfall method as an approach in software development. The analysis method applied is Fishbone. Additionally, UML and Yii are used as tools for developing a web-based application. This research also includes the Black Box Testing method as an approach to test the system. The result of this research is a web-based information system for employee performance evaluation, developed using the Yii framework as a standard framework for programming language implementation and MySQL as the database for data management. Keywords : 360 Degree Feedback, Waterfall, Yii, Black Box Testing Perkembangan informasi saat ini telah mengalami kemajuan signifikan menuju era digital di mana informasi yang awalnya dikelola secara konvensional kini telah berubah menjadi teknologi komputer. ITS merupakan salah satu perusahan di bidang konstruksi yang melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai. Saat ini proses penilaian kinerja pegawai dilakukan secara subjektif dari satu sisi setiap bulan tanpa adanya kriteria penilaian untuk pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembaangan penilaian kinerja pegawai dengan melibatkan metode 360 Degree Feedback. Metode ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang kinerja seseorang tidak hanya dari perspektif atasan langsung tetapi juga melibatkan sudut pandang rekan kerja. Penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan metode Waterfall sebagai pendekatan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah Fishbone. Selain itu, UML dan Yii digunakan sebagai media dalam pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web. Penelitian ini juga mencakup metode Black Box Testing sebagai pendekatan untuk menguji sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi berbasis web untuk penilaian kinerja pegawai yang dikembangkan dengan framework Yii sebagai kerangka kerja standar untuk implementasi bahasa pemrograman serta MySQL sebagai database untuk pengelolaan data.
