Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between integrity and performance among members of the Directorate of Detainees & Evidence (DIT TAHTI) Polda Metro Jaya. The sample in this study were members of the DIT TAHTI Polda Metro Jaya with a total of 111 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational techniques. The measuring instruments used are the Integrity Questionnaire and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between integrity and performance among members of the Directorate of Detainees & Evidence (DIT TAHTI) Polda Metro Jaya. The results of the correlation test are positive with a very strong correlation category, the higher the integrity of DIT TAHTI members, the higher the performance they have. Keywords: Integrity, Performance, Police Officer at DIT TAHTI penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Integritas dengan Kinerja pada Anggota Direktorat Tahanan & Barang Bukti (DIT TAHTI) Polda Metro Jaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota DIT TAHTI Polda Metro Jaya dengan jumlah 111 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasional. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Integrity Questionare dan Individual Work Performance Questionare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara integritas dengan kinerja pada Anggota Direktorat Tahanan & Barang Bukti (DIT TAHTI) Polda Metro jaya. hasil uji korelasi bernilai positif dengan kategori korelasi sangat kuat, semakin tinggi integritas yang dimiliki anggota DIT TAHTI maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja yang dimilikinya. Kata Kunci : Integritas, Kinerja, Anggota Polri di DIT TAHTI
