Abstract

Inventories of raw materials are current assets, shortage of inventory can lead to the service process stalled, while excess inventory can cause the company's investment to be immobile. Currently in CV. Sandjungan Trading (Chevrolet) is often a shortage and excess stock, especially oil type Dexsos 1, Dexsos 2, and Oil Filter. The purpose of this research is to optimize inventory in CV. Sandjungan Trading. Method of inventory control of raw materials used in this research is min-max stock method. This method determines how much of the safety stock, minimum inventory and maximum inventory and the turning point of Reorder Point reorder (ROP). After doing this research can know the minimum amount of stock for each - part known to part of oil type Dexsos 1 as much as 18 liters, Dexsos2 as much as 15 liters and for Oil Filter as many as 7 pieces, maxsimum stock for each - part of oil type Dexsos 1 30 liter, for Dexsos 2 oil as much as 23 liters and for Oil Filter as many as 11 pieces, Reorder point for each - each is known for oil Dexsos1 12 liters, Dexsos2 8 liters, and for Oil Filter 4 pieces. Keywords: Inventory control, min-max method. Persediaan bahan baku merupakan aktiva lancar, kekurangan persediaan dapat mengakibatkan proses service terhenti, sedangkan kelebihan persediaan dapat menimbulkan investasi perusahaan menjadi tidak bergerak. Saat ini di CV. Sandjungan Trading (Chevrolet) sering terjadi kekurangan dan kelebihan stock, khususnya part jenis oli Dexsos 1, Dexsos 2, dan Oli Filter. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalkan persediaan di CV. Sandjungan Trading. Metode pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode min- max stock. Metode ini menentukan berapa jumlah persediaan pengaman, persediaan minimum dan persediaan maksimum serta titik balik pemesanan ulang Reorder Poin (ROP). Setelah melakukan penelitian ini dapat diketahui jumlah minimum stock untuk masing – masing part diketahui untuk part jenis oli Dexsos 1 sebanyak 18 liter, Dexsos2 sebanyak 15 liter dan untuk Oli Filter sebanyak 7 buah, maxsimum stock untuk masing – masing part jenis oli Dexsos 1 sebanyak 30 liter,untuk oli Dexsos 2 sebanyak 23 liter dan untuk Filter Oli sebanyak 11 buah, Reorder point untuk masing - masing part diketahui untuk oli Dexsos1 12 liter, Dexsos2 8 liter, dan untuk Oli Filter 4 buah.
