Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in Burnout levels of workers before and after using Chatbot Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mental Health Stresslez. The 70 people who participated in the experiment were divided into two groups based on the experimental design: a control group that did not receive AI treatment and an experimental group that received AI treatment. The results of the analysis showed that the experimental group experienced a significant decrease in burnout levels, with an average decrease of 18.429 (p < 0.05), while the control group showed an average decrease of 20.086 (p < 0.05). Although the control group showed a greater reduction in absolute levels, the experimental group started with higher levels of burnout than the control group. This study provides important insights for the development of intervention programmes to improve workers' mental well-being.
