Abstract
MICE KAI CORPORATE UNIVERSITY is a building that functions as a place for training and development of KAI human resources, the MICE KAI building is located on Jl. Laswi Jl. Laswi No.23, Kacapiring, Kec. Batununggal, Bandung City, West Java. To support the training and creativity of the training participants and to maintain the site ecosystem, this design approach uses an ecological approach in design. The Ecological Architecture concept in this design can create an environment that helps workers and students feel comfortable, calm and beautiful so that workers and students can learn and work well. . The discussion method used is a descriptive method which is carried out by collecting theories from various literature, provisions for the overall appearance of the building according to educational standards which are adjusted to apply ecological architectural concepts such as the use of cross ventilation concepts, the application of double glass and solar panels. In the outdoor space there are many gardens so that students can study in an open environment with a calm atmosphere which can help in the learning process. MICE KAI CORPORATE UNIVERSITY merupakan suatu bangunan yang di fungsikan sebagai tempat pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM KAI, bangunan MICE KAI terletak di Jl. Laswi Jl. Laswi No.23, Kacapiring, Kec. Batununggal, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Untuk menunjang pelatihan dan kreatifitas para peserta pelatihan dan untuk menjaga ekosistem site, pendekatan dalam perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan ekologis dalam mendesain. Konsep Arsitektur Ekologis pada perancangan ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang membantu pekerja dan peserta didik merasa nyaman, tenang, dan indah sehingga pekerja dan peserta didik dapat belajar dan bekerja dengan baik. . Metode pembahasan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan teori-teori dari berbagai literature, ketentuan tampilan bangunan secara keseluruhan sesuai standar pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur ekologi seperti penggunaan konsep ventilasi silang, penerapan double glass, dan solar panel. Pada ruang luar adanya banyak taman taman banyak taman – taman sehingga para peserta didik bisa belajar di lingkungan terbuka dengan suasana yang tenang sehingga dapat membantu dalam proses belajar.
