Abstract

Di era digital, teknologi berkembang dengan pesat termasuk di dalamnya pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang Pengaruh Kesesuaian Tugas, Kepercayaan, dan Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari Kesesuaian Tugas, Kepercayaan, dan Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Individu. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan skala pengukuran ordinal. Populasinya adalah kafe (UMKM) yang berada di kawasan Margonda Raya, Kota Depok. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesesuaian tugas, kepercayaan dan efektivitas penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja individu. In the digital era, technology is developing rapidly including the use of Accounting Information System to companies. This research to analyze about the Effect of Job Suitable, Trust and Effectiveness of Implementing Accounting Information System on Individual Performance. This research aims to test the effects of Job Suitable, Trust and Effectiveness of Implementing Accounting Information System on Individual Performance. Sampling used purposive sampling methode and population is cafes (SMEs) at Margonda Raya, Depok.. Data analysis used is multiple regression. The result of this research indicated that Job Suitable, Trust and Effectiveness of Implementing Accounting Information System , has partially effect on the Individual Performance.
