Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, pengembangan karier, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Assembly pada PT KMK Plastics Indonesia. Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 orang karyawan tetap pada Divisi Assembly PT KMK Plastics Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) dan pengelolaan datanya menggunakan program Smart-PLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak terdapat pengaruh pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Assembly PT KMK Plastics Indonesia This research aims to analyze the influence of workload, career development, and work motivation on employee performance in the Assembly Division of PT KMK Plastics Indonesia. The population in this study were all 55 permanent employees in the Assembly Division of PT. KMK Plastics Indonesia. The sampling method uses saturated sampling method, where all members of the population are sampled. This study uses quantitative research methods with a causal research design. The data collection method uses questionnaires and the data analysis method uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) where the data management uses the Smart-PLS 3.2.9 program. The results of this research showed that there was no influence of workload on employee performance, there was no influence of career development on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Assembly Division of PT KMK Plastics Indonesia.
