Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia (Departemen Electric Guitar), dengan menggunakan sampel 76 karyawan yang dipilih melalui probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, sementara pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia (Departemen Electric Guitar) This study aims to analyze the effects of compensation, career development, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia (Electric Guitar Department), using a sample of 76 employees selected through probability sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a quantitative method with Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while career development does not significantly affect employee job satisfaction at PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia (Electric Guitar Department)
