Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Job insecurity dan Beban kerja dengan variabel Perilaku Cyberloafing baik secara langsung maupun melalui stres kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di PT. Agra Parama Sarana. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku. job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja pada. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Stres kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. stres kerja belum mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap Perilaku cyberloafing PT. Agra Parama Sarana. This study aims to analyze the influence of Job insecurity and Workload variables on Cyberloafing Behavior variables both directly and through work stress. This study uses Quantitative Methods. The population used in this study were employees working at PT. Agra Parama Sarana. The determination of the sample used in this study is the saturated sample method. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the SmartPLS application. The results of the study indicate that job insecurity has a significant positive ef ect on behavior. job insecurity has a positive and significant ef ect on work stress. workload has a significant positive ef ect on cyberloafing behavior. workload has a positive and significant ef ect on work stress on. Work stress has a positive and significant ef ect on cyberloafing behavior. Work stress is able to mediate the ef ect of Job Insecurity on cyberloafing behavior. work stress has not been able to mediate the ef ect of workload on cyberloafing Behavior at PT. Agra Parama Sarana.
