Abstract
Product quality is one issue in business survival. One of quality strategies using group oriented is known as Quality Control Circle (QCC). The strategy of integrated quality management or Total Quality Management (TQM) can be an option to maintain and improve the quality of the products of a company's business performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of the implementation of QCC and TQM to the labor productivity at PT IRC Inoac Indonesia. The objects observed in this research were employees of PT IRC Inoac Indonesia. The samples studied were 200 employees who have been involved in QCC activities in the 2019 period. The method used for data collection in this study is simple random sampling. The collected data is then further analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 24 for windows. This research showes that QCC and TQM has direct effect on the labor productivity. It is known from the coefficient of determination or R2 . The amount of R based on the analysis is 0.559. It can be interpreted that the application of GKM and MTT affects labor productivity by 55.9%. Keywords: Quality Control Circle, Total Quality Management, labor productivity Kualitas suatu produk merupakan salah satu isu yang penting untuk kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Salah satu strategi kualitas yang berorientasi pada kelompok terkenal dengan Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM). Manajemen strategi terintegrasi yang dikenal dengan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MTT) merupakan cara untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk menjaga kinerja bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh penerapan Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM) dan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MMT) terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di PT IRC Inoac Indonesia. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT IRC Inoac Indonesia. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 200 orang yaitu karyawan yang pernah terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan GKM periode tahun 2019. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Untuk pengolahan data digunakan program pengolahan dan analisa data statistik SPSS versi 24. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM) dan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MMT) berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Hal ini diketahui dari harga koefisien determinasi atau R2 . Besarnya R2 berdasarkan hasil analisis yaitu sebesar 0,559. Dapat di interpretasikan bahwa penerapan GKM dan MTT mempengaruhi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar 55,9%. Kata kunci: Gugus Kendali Mutu, Manajemen Mutu Terpadu, produktivitas tenaga kerja
