Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan stres kerja terhadap Turnover Intention dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada PT X Jakarta.Berdasarkan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus dari Slovin didapat sebanyak 54 respondendari seluruh karyawan PT X yang berjumlah 116 karyawanyang dapat mewakili. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survey serta instrumen penelitian yaitu kuesioner. Metode analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasilpenelitianini sebagai berikut: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT X Jakarta. 2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, artinya semakin tinggi stress kerja maka kepuasan kerja semakin menurun yang dirasakan karyawan PT X Jakarta. 3) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT X Jakarta. 4) Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai mediasiterdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan.5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT X Jakarta. Artinya Semakin meningkatnya kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan, maka akan menurunnya tingkat turnover intention. 6) Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention melaui Kepuasan Kerja. 7) Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentiondi PT X Jakarta. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work stress on Turnover Intention mediated by job satisfaction at PT X Jakarta. Based on the sampling technique using Slovin's formula, 54 respondents were obtained from all PT X employees totaling 116 employees who could represent. The data collection method uses survey methods and research instruments using questionnaires. The data analysis method is using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research conclusions show that 1) Compensation has a significant positive effect on PT X Jakarta employee job satisfaction. 2) Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, meaning that the higher the job stress, the lower the job satisfaction felt by PT X Jakarta employees. 3) Compensation has a significant negative effect on PT X Jakarta employee Turnover Intention. 4) Compensation for Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediator has a negative and significant influence. 5) Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant influence on the Turnover Intention of PT X Jakarta employees. This means that as perceived job satisfaction increases, the level of turnover intention will decrease. 6) Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction. 7) Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT X Jakarta .
