Abstract
Bus Kota Dengan Sistem Jalur Khusus Bus (JKB/Busway)’, halte pada BRT adalah halte dengan desain khusus untuk menyampaikan identitas yang dapat membedakan dari angkutan penumpang umum lainnya. Halte juga harus mencerminkan jenis pelayanan yang prima dan terintegrasi dengan lingkungan sekitar sehingga perlu adanya peran serta dan dukungan masyarakat/organisasi profesional. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini maka peneliti menggunakan metode jenis penelitian pendekatan kualitatif yaitu pendekatan dengan cara memandang objek kajian sebagai sistem, artinya objek kajian dilihat sebagai satuan yang terdiri dan unsur yang saling terkait dan mendiskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang ada.Halte busway di depan plaza semanggi faktor –faktor efektivitas yang sudah di anggap cukup baik diataranya faktor keamanan dan faktor pelayana. Sedangkan faktor – faktor efektivitas yang dianggap cukup diantaranya faktor kenyaman, faktor dayatahan,dan faktor ke indahan City Bus With Special Line Bus System ( JKB / Busway ) ' , stop the BRT is a bus stop with a special design to convey the identity of which can differentiate from other public passenger transport . The stop also should reflect the type of service excellence and integrated with the surrounding environment so the need for the participation and support of the community / professional organizations .To obtain the data in this study the researchers used a qualitative approach to this type of research methods that approach the object of study as a way of looking at the system , it means viewed as an object of study and a unit that consists of interrelated elements and describe existing phenomena .Busway station plaza in front clover effectiveness factors that have been considered good enough diataranya safety factor and factor serv . While factors - factors which are considered sufficient effectiveness factors including comfort , endurance factors , and factors to beauty .
