Abstract
Roads are the infrastructure used by the community to get around. The main road that is frequently used is Jalan Raya Daan Mogot, where there is a traffic light at the intersection between Jalan Daan Mogot and Jalan Panjang. There are several traffic jams in West Jakarta, one of which is at the intersection of Jalan Daan Mogot and Jalan Panjang. The intersection of Jl. Daan Mogot - Jl. Panjang is located in a densely populated area with shops, residential and industrial buildings. So it is necessary to analyze the performance of the level of service at the Jl. Daan Mogot - Jl. Panjang intersection to determine the intersection service parameters such as the degree of saturation (DJ), queue length, average intersection delay, and provide alternative scenarios to improve the level of service of the Jl. Daan Mogot - Jl. Panjang intersection to be more optimal. This intersection analysis was obtained using the traffic counting method and using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines 2023 (PKJI 2023) and to determine road user satisfaction using the Community Satisfaction Index method. The results of the analysis of the performance of the signalized intersection in the existing conditions, namely the average intersection delay obtained for 203 seconds / passenger car units in the peak hour and afternoon so that the level of service is classified in category F in the afternoon peak hour. Alternative results made U-turn 350 m away on the west approach get better results with an average delay of 10 seconds / unit with category B. The results of the IKM obtained looking at the value of the IKM interval can be seen that the IKM value of 65.57 is included in the category of service quality Less Good Keywords: intersection, Indonesian road capacity guideline 2023, Degree of Saturation, Queue Length, Level of Service, public satisfaction index. Jalan merupakan prasarana yang digunakan masyarakat untuk melintas. Jalan utama yang sering dilalui yaitu Jalan Raya Daan Mogot dimana terdapat lampu lalu lintas dipersimpangan yang menghubungkan Jalan Daan Mogot dan Jalan Panjang. Ada beberapa titik kemacetan di Kota Jakarta Barat salah satunya ada pada Simpang Jl. Daan Mogot – Jl. Panjang. Simpang Jl. Daan Mogot – Jl. Panjang berada pada daerah padat penduduk, pertokoan, perumahan,dan industri. Maka diperlukan analisis terhadap kinerja tingkat pelayanan pada Simpang Jl. Daan Mogot – Jl. Panjang untuk mengetahui parameter pelayanan simpang seperti derajat kejenuhan (DJ), panjang antrean, tundaan simpang rata-rata, serta memberikan skenario alternatif yang untuk meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan Simpang Jl. Daan Mogot – Jl. Panjang agar lebih optimal. Pada analisis simpang ini diperoleh menggunakan metode traffic counting dan menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2023 (PKJI 2023) dan untuk menentukan kepuasan pengguna jalan menggunakan metode Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakart. Hasil analisis kinerja simpang bersinyal pada kondisi eksisting yaitu tundaan simpang rata-rata diperoleh selama 203 detik/satuan mobil penumpang pada jam puncak dan sore sehingga tingkat pelayan tergolong dalam kategori F pada jam puncak sore. Hasil alternatif yang dibuat U-turn dijarak 350 m pada pendekat barat mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dengan tundaan rata-rata 10 detik/satuan dengan kategori B. Hasil IKM yang didapatkan melihat dari nilai interval IKM dapat diketahui bahwa dengan nilai IKM sebesar 65,57 masuk dalam kategori mutu pelayanan Kurang Baik.
