Abstract
The development of the construction industry in Indonesia is currently running increasingly rapidly. The large number of development projects being carried out by the government and the private sector is proof of the increasingly rapid development of construction in Indonesia. In this research, time and cost performance were evaluated using the earned value concept method on the Sambas Besar River Bridge (JSSB) Construction Project. The earned value concept provides information regarding the progress position of project time performance and costs at a certain time. This research stage begins with collecting S-Curve data, RAB, weekly progress reports and financial reports. Next, determine three indicators, namely BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP, which are then used to analyze Schedule Variance, Schedule Performance Index, Cost Variance, Cost Performance Index, Estimate on Schedule, and Estimate on Completion. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods, using interviews, observation and document analysis to collect primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the Earned Value Method evaluation, it is known that the CV is negative, the CPI value is <1, and the estimated total project completion cost (EAC) is IDR 58,012,344,483. Then, from the results of the project time performance analysis in week 1 and week 11, it was found that SV was positive and SPI> 1. Meanwhile, in the 12th week to the 20th week, the SV value is negative and SPI <1 resulting in an estimated project completion time (EAS) lasting 75.06 weeks and estimated to be completed on January 24 2025. So, the project is estimated to experience delays for 2 months 10 days. Keywords: Project Management, Earned value, Bridge Construction Perkembangan industri konstruksi di Indonesia saat ini berjalan semakin pesat. Banyaknya proyek pembangunan yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun oleh swasta menjadi bukti semakin pesatnya perkembangan konstruksi di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, kinerja waktu dan biaya dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode earned value concept pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Sungai Sambas Besar (JSSB). Konsep earned value memberikan informasi mengenai posisi kemajuan kinerja waktu dan biaya proyek pada waktu tertentu. Tahapan penelitian ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data Kurva-S, RAB, laporan kemajuan mingguan, dan laporan keuangan. Selanjutnya menentukan tiga indikator yaitu BCWS, BCWP, dan ACWP, yang kemudian digunakan untuk menganalisa Varians Jadwal, Indeks Kinerja Jadwal, Varians Biaya, Indeks Kinerja Biaya, Estimasi pada Jadwal, dan Estimasi pada Penyelesaian. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan cara menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Earned Value Method, diketahui bahwa CV bernilai negatif, nilai CPI<1, dan estimasi total biaya penyelesaian proyek (EAC) sebesar Rp58.012.344.483. Kemudian dari hasil analisis kinerja waktu proyek pada minggu ke-1 dan minggu ke-11, didapatkan SV bernilai positif dan SPI>1. Sedangkan pada minggu ke-12 sampai minggu ke-20, nilai SV bernilai negatif dan SPI<1 menghasilkan estimasi waktu penyelesaian proyek (EAS) berlangsung selama 75,06 minggu dan diperkirakan selesai pada tanggal 24 Januari 2025. Maka, proyek diperkirakan mengalami keterlambatan selama 2 bulan 10 hari. Kata Kunci: Earned value, Konstruksi Jembatan, Manajemen Proyek
