Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 45 karyawan tetap PT.LPK COOP Indonesia, sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT.LPK COOP Indonesia sebanyak 45 Karyawan tetap, sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah Kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance. The research population was all the 45 regular employees of PT LPK COOP INDONESIA. As the total number of the research population was also used as the research sample, hence this research used saturation sampling. A survey method was utilized to collect the research data, with a questionnaire research instrument. Partial Least Square was applied as the data analysis method. This study proves that the work environment along with the organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
