Abstract

The swift and accurate decision-making in business is the key to the primary growth and adaptation of the company to changes. Sales transaction data has significant potential to be utilized as an effective resource in designing strategies and making efficient business decisions. This study was conducted to analyze sales patterns and customer behavior at Bruno Vape Shop using the Apriori algorithm, employing RapidMiner and Microsoft Excel tools. From the results of these association rules, the first rule identified was the association between "ARGUS PRO" and "DUA BLUBERRY" with a confidence level of 59.63%. The second rule was the association between "DUA BLUBERRY" and "ALADDIN B BOX" with a confidence level of 65.59%. The third rule involved the combination of "DUA BLUBERRY" and "ARGUS PRO" with a confidence level of 69.89%. The fourth rule highlighted the combination of "ALADDIN B BOX" and "DUA BLUBERRY" with a confidence level of 100%. These association rule results can serve as a basis for Bruno Vape Shop to formulate more effective and optimal sales strategies, determining optimal product placement, and designing attractive discount programs for consumers. Keputusan bisnis yang cepat dan akurat menjadi kunci utama bagi pertumbuhan dan adaptasi perusahaan terhadap perubahan. Data transaksi penjualan memiliki potensi besar untuk dijadikan sumber daya yang efektif dalam merancang strategi dan membuat keputusan bisnis yang efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pola penjualan dan perilaku customer pada toko Bruno Vape Shop dengan menggunakan algoritma apriori. Dengan alat yang digunakan Rapidminer dan Microsoft excel. Dari hasil aturan asosiasi ini ditemukan aturan yang pertama yaitu "ARGUS PRO" dan "DUA BLUBERRY" dengan tingkat confidence 59,63%. Kedua, aturan "DUA BLUBERRY" dan "ALADDIN B BOX" dengan confidence 65,59%. Ketiga, dari kombinasi antara "DUA BLUBERRY" dan "ARGUS PRO" dengan confidence 69,89%. Keempat, dari kombinasi antara produk "ALADDIN B BOX"dan "DUA BLUBERRY" dengan confidence 100%. Dari hasil aturan asosiasi yang dilakukan dapat digunakan pihak Bruno Vape Shop sebagai dasar untuk menyusun strategi penjualan yang lebih efektif dan optimal, dengan menentukan penempatan produk yang optimal, merancang program diskon yang menarik bagi konsumen.
