Abstract

Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 109 of 2020 stipulates 269 proposed national strategic projects (PSN) and specifically in the road and bridge sector, there are 44 proposed toll road projects that are a priority. Toll road projects are construction projects with each stage being quite complex and have the potential for delays in implementation. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the use of digital construction technology is highly emphasized, one of which is the application of BIM. BIM is an important digital asset for decision making and data. An analysis was conducted to determine the effect of BIM on the quality of engineering products and implementation time performance using the linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis found that there was a 75.00% effect of BIM application on the quality of engineering products and a 77.10% effect of engineering product quality on implementation time performance. Keywords : Infrastructure, Influence, BIM, Design, Schedule Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 109 Tahun 2020 menetapkan sebanyak 269 usulan proyek strategis nasional (PSN) dan khususnya pada sektor jalan dan jembatan terdapat 44 usulan proyek jalan tol yang menjadi prioritas. Proyek jalan tol merupakan proyek konstruksi yang setiap tahapannya cukup kompleks dan berpotensi terjadi keterlambatan pelaksanaan. Di era revolusi industri 4.0, penggunaan teknologi konstruksi digital sangat ditekankan, salah satunya adalah penerapan BIM. BIM menjadi aset digital penting untuk pengambilan keputusan dan data. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh BIM terhadap kualitas produk rekayasa dan kinerja waktu implementasi dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh 75,00% penerapan BIM terhadap kualitas produk rekayasa dan terdapat 77,10% pengaruh kualitas produk rekayasa terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan.
