Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and work ethic on MI Raudlatul Mubtadiin, North Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and carried out on a sample of 50 contract employees of MI Raudlatul Mubtadiin, North Jakarta. Data analysis in this study used the help of the Smart PLS application. With sampling techniques with sampling techniques used is saturated sampling. Where are all members of the population made into samples. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, Motivation, and work ethic towards employee performance Penelitian ini dengan bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan etos kerja pada MI Raudlatul Mubtadiin , Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada sampel 50 pegawai kontrak MI Raudlatul Mubtadiin , Jakarta Utara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS. Dengan teknik penentuan sampel dengan teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah sampling jenuh. Dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan adanya instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak, etos kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak. Kata Kunci: Budaya organisasi, Motivasi, dan Etos kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Honorer
