Abstract
his research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Work Loyalty, Work Ethic and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas. The population of this study consisted of 35 teachers, who were also sampled using the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through surveys using questionnaires as the main instrument. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The research results show that Work Loyalty, Work Ethic, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas. These findings have the implication that improving these three factors can contribute directly to improving teacher performance, which ultimately supports the achievement of educational goals in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Loyalitas Kerja, Etos Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah AlIkhlas. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 35 guru, yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Loyalitas Kerja, Etos Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan ketiga faktor tersebut dapat berkontribusi secara langsung pada peningkatan kinerja guru, yang pada akhirnya mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas.
